What Is Stage Stars?
Stage Stars is our Saturday performing arts programme at All Access Performing Arts, designed for children aged 3–16 years.
Rather than focusing on just one discipline, Stage Stars gives children the opportunity to experience a wide variety of performing arts. As well as developing skills in drama, dance and musical theatre, children also explore a range of dance genres including ballet, street dance, contemporary, commercial and jazz, helping them become confident, versatile performers while having lots of fun along the way.
Our classes are welcoming, inclusive and suitable for complete beginners as well as children with previous experience. Whether your child dreams of performing on stage or simply wants to build confidence and make new friends, there's a place for them at Stage Stars.

Drama

Dance
Dance is a huge part of Stage Stars and gives children the opportunity to experience a variety of exciting dance styles throughout the year.

Depending on the age group and termly theme, classes may include:
🩰 Ballet
Ballet provides the foundation for many other dance styles. Children develop posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and graceful movement while learning age-appropriate ballet technique in a fun and supportive way.
🎵 Street Dance
Our street dance sessions are energetic, upbeat and full of personality. Children learn exciting routines inspired by hip hop and commercial dance while improving rhythm, coordination, musicality and confidence.
✨ Contemporary Dance
Contemporary dance encourages creativity and self-expression. Children explore flowing movement, storytelling and musical interpretation while developing strength, flexibility, balance and control.
🌟 Jazz & Musical Theatre Dance
Using music from popular musicals and West End favourites, children learn expressive choreography that combines dance, storytelling and performance skills. These classes help children develop stage presence while having lots of fun.
🎤 Commercial Dance
Inspired by music videos, concerts and today's biggest pop artists, commercial dance is energetic, stylish and packed with personality. Children enjoy learning performance-focused routines while developing confidence and performance quality.

Musical Theatre

Optional LAMDA Exams
For children who would like to develop their acting and communication skills even further, we also offer optional LAMDA examinations.
LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) exams are internationally recognised qualifications that help children develop confidence, communication, public speaking and performance skills.
Many parents find that the confidence children gain through LAMDA also benefits them at school, particularly when reading aloud, giving presentations or speaking in front of others.
Participation is completely optional, and many children simply enjoy attending classes for fun.
