With disco lights, brilliant music and a supportive atmosphere, Tuesday evening becomes your chance to switch off from everything else and enjoy 50 minutes that's just for you.

Your Instructor

Classes are led by Zoe Littler-Clarke, founder of All Access Dance & Fitness.

With years of teaching experience and a passion for helping people build confidence through movement, Zoe creates classes that are friendly, encouraging and accessible.

There is no pressure to be perfect and no expectation that everyone will move in exactly the same way.

The aim is for you to feel comfortable, enjoy being active and leave class with a smile.
